It is a driving location. MRT Lat Phrao, where the Blue and Yellow Lines meet, is 2.6 km away, an eight-minute drive rather than a walk. The soi connects through to Ratchadaphisek, Lat Phrao-Wang Hin and Lat Phrao 23, and three major malls are 14 to 16 minutes by car.

The project common fee is 50,000 THB per year. The developer has stated that it is waived for this unit and that building insurance is provided free for five years from the transfer date; both terms are being confirmed in writing.
