ASAP ESTATE provides real estate brokerage services in Thailand including buying, selling, renting, loan consultation, and investment visa information. All content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
3. Personal Data Collection (PDPA)
The company strictly complies with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Data We Collect
- Name, email, and phone number provided via contact or viewing-appointment forms.
- Property interest information (type, area, budget).
- Website usage data (Google Analytics — anonymized).
- Conversation logs with the AI Agent Steward (stored temporarily, per session only).

- To improve the quality of our services and systems.

The company does not sell, trade, or disclose personal data to third parties, except:

- Service providers acting on the company’s behalf (Supabase, Google, Cloudinary) under a Data Processing Agreement.
- Co-broke Agents, only when the client agrees to be referred properties from partners, disclosing only the necessary information.

- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 — anonymized.
- Marketing cookies: Meta Pixel for advertising (opt-in only).

6. Liability & Disclaimers
- Property information is based on property owners and the company’s database. Prices and details may change without prior notice.
- One-year investment visa information is approximately 87% accurate, depending on interpretation of regulations. You should consult an independent lawyer before deciding.
- The AI Agent Steward provides preliminary information only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and systems on the website are the property of ASAP ESTATE CO., LTD.. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
8. Data Security
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission.
- Database on Supabase (SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure).
- Role-based access control (RBAC) according to job functions.
- Audit trail for every access to sensitive data.
In the event of a data breach, the company will notify the relevant authorities and affected data subjects within 72 hours.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. Amendments
